Peter nogmaals dank voor deze ontdekking. Je mag steeds van deze leuke verassingen meebrengen. Ad libidum. — 4 years ago
Fresh, lively, apple flavours maybe a bit weak on the finish but very enjoyable — 5 years ago
Crisp and mineral with citrus, green apple and white flower. Bright acidity and a long, clean finish. Had at Dunbar House with a local organic greens salad with fresh blueberries, goat cheese, and toasted sunflower hearts. — 25 days ago
One of my go-to California Chards. All the hallmarks I like. Oak notes of vanilla, butterscotch, and brioche toast, but balanced by high acid and minerality. The best of both worlds. — 4 months ago
Nose is a little reticent at first, giving shy whiffs of Granny Smith apples and crushed rock. Just the barest hint of Chablis “brothiness” as I like to call it. As it airs and warms, it’s a bit more forthcoming. In the mouth it’s on the lighter side, but certainly showing Chablis minerally character. Acids medium low. A nice aperitif Chablis but color me a bit disappointed, for now, given the producer. Will try to check back in after a few hours.
UPDATE: After several hours, showing noticeably more fruit and depth. — 7 months ago

2023 vintage. FLB jetsam. Decanted and tasted after 30 minutes and 1 hour. Medium/medium-heavy body. Dark color. Round impressions. Pleasant berry escapades on the back end with spritzes of rhubarb. This was waay too young and could definitely use 2-3 years to dump the baby fat and reapply. Nicely made. Just needs more time to reveal all the wonders within. 6.26.26. — 2 months ago
Pale lemon color with aromas of citrus, stone fruits and herb spice notes, from south facing vineyard, 66% aged in the barrel. On the palate flavors of peach, Asian pear and lemon citrus with notes of white flowers and herb spice. Medium+ crisp finish, vivid acidity ending with citrus and bright mineral character. — 5 months ago
dfp ~$35/bottle , loved! a little floral — 9 months ago
Jasmine, quince paste, spiced pear, lemon curd, pineapple sweetness, punchy. Touch of lemon pith at end, but tons of juicy acid. Creamy / lactic. Chalky minerals. Layered, delicious, weighty.
