Tasting side by side with decouverte. Both are delicious - both are filled with lemon and crushed oyster shells but decouverte is a bit rounder compared to fye being more bright & sharp!

Citron, sälta och ostronskal. Torr på gränsen till bitter finish utan att bli oangenämt. En antydan till gulfruktighet i näsan som inte alls matchas i smaken. Gott men saknar lite fokus för att lyfta ytterligare.

Lush, generous, mouthcoating wine. Lemon, salt, oyster shell. Chalkiness on nose. Has length and breadth, should have held on to this bottle for another five years

Oak not fully integrated yet, but already drinking nicely. Great concentration,nice balance, good length + some flinty minerality and a salty finish.
