Tasting side by side with decouverte. Both are delicious - both are filled with lemon and crushed oyster shells but decouverte is a bit rounder compared to fye being more bright & sharp!

Citron, sälta och ostronskal. Torr på gränsen till bitter finish utan att bli oangenämt. En antydan till gulfruktighet i näsan som inte alls matchas i smaken. Gott men saknar lite fokus för att lyfta ytterligare.
