Really fruity, effervescent wine! We drank it while replacing the brakes on the car so I highly recommend as a pairing with car maintenance. — 3 months ago
Matches, crushed stones, pear, white peach, oyster shell, whit pepper, hint of cinnamon yoghurt. Beautiful wine as usual. — 6 months ago
Lemon, flint, cream, impressive power. — 2 months ago
Never had a Marlborough Pinot before. Was having duck, so Pinot an obvious choice. Loved this. Light, which is what I was after, and slight fruity. — 2 months ago
Always a banger! With home made osso buco and went in the pot too. Stone fruit, lemon, acid bready mineral veg bell pepper — 2 months ago
This vintage is drinking so well right now while you wait for 12 and 14. After a multi hour decant Dauvissat’s 2013 Clos radiates with power and intensity showing tremendous volume, textural weight and layers of oyster shell minerality, racy lemony acids and a massively long, vibrant, saline finish. Still many years to go on this one. — 2 months ago

Classic NZ label. Smells funky. Lawn just cut or a piece of fresh grass in the teeth. And lemon citrus peels. Flavors are complex and very audacious. Bombastic even. Plenty of citrus, but something else as well. Shells? Like the calcium carbonate in those. Also big gooseberries. This is a good example of how NZ Sauv Blanc differs from the other styles out there. This wine packs a punch. — 10 days ago
