Les Clos Chablis Grand Cru Chardonnay
Composed. Great clarity. Quite dry with slate, lime, rocky minerality. Quite long and very good.

Jun 6th, 2020Pretty tight but clearly classy. There’s chalky minerality, a hint of lime, some rock pools on the nose all straining on the leash. The midpalate is brightly saline with hints of honey. This needs time but has great balance. Score based on potential.

Jul 22nd, 2015Worth the risk of consuming shards of glass. I salvaged one big glass from the loss. You can imagine the look on the warehouse guys face when I handed him the glass. Then I said it was about $30+ worth of juice and he smiled... If I didn't have to run out the door I would have enjoyed it!
