Nose is smoky tomato. Blows off quickly. Some dried shitake mushroom.
Palate is fresh. Juicy old cherries. Big fruit. Really delicious. Kinky spices. Nutmeg. Cinnamon. Very interesting.
15.5% alcohol?!?
Lets see how it goes.
2 hours in nose is pleasant heirloom tomato. Palate is darker cherries. Big. Spice. Juicy. A big wine girding for a knife fight.
Day 2 major tomato on the nose. Yucky tomato juice. Better yesterday. — 2 years ago
Is there a better N/V Rosé Champagne for the price point to celebrate the holiday season? Not many & certainly not in 375ml.
Enjoying the lights & the music of the season. Hope you are too!

Fragrance was really good and the initial taste was great. It gets sour over time but it goes with everything. Nice and mature wine. — 8 months ago
One of my favorite Riesling that goes well with my cooking- Asian, Indian, and SouthEast Asian fusion dishes. — 4 years ago
For the price, a great bargain especially coming from a winery such as Pine Ridge. Crisp, citrus with pear. Slightly sweet. Perfect summer wine that goes down very easy. — 4 years ago

Deep ruby in color, almost purple; cassis, black cherries, and cedar on the nose; high acidity; high tannins; tastes like black plums, berry jam, and baking spices with a medium finish. Nellie says it's ok, and I like it. We both think it goes well with a steak. — 4 months ago
