A 7 grape blend: 42% Cab Franc, 25% Merlot, 15.5% Syrah, 6% Cab Sauv, 6% Petit Verdot, 4.5% Sangiovese & 1% Alicante. Deep Ruby with aromas of ripe dark fruits, cedar and spice. On the palate flavors of blueberry and blackberry with herb and woodsy notes. Fine soft tannins, long finish ending with fruit and mineral character. Very nice! — a month ago
Too young, I thought I could tame it with a cork pop 10 hours before and a decant 4 hours before. Nice with steaks, but needs more time. — 7 hours ago
Médium ruby , medium ruby pink rim . Needs time to open up , with spiced red cherry , cut herbs , violets , slightly toasty hints . On the palate very intense red fruits , high acidity and quite gritty tannin . Quite raw and young this , really needs time . Quite saline and mineral on the long , quite lean finish , menthol tinged finish . Needs 5-10 years really will last a further 10 . Very promising . — a month ago
It’s still too young for me but I wanted to pull one. Medium nose where I get a bit of green-ness. The finish is light and there is a bit of green on the palate as well. Hoping the rest get better with age. — 19 days ago

On the palate flavors of ripe blackberry, cherry and plum flavors with dried herb notes, cacao, tobacco and toasty notes. It is time for my #FridayCabernetfix.
Dark ruby in color with a reddish rim.
Medium plus in body with medium acidity.
Showing plums, black cherries, currants, chocolates, light oak, spices, coffee, licorice, light vanilla, peppercorn, tobacco leaf and light earth.
Medium plus in length on the finish, with grippy tannins and tangy cherries.
This is a delicious Cabernet Sauvignon blend from Bolgheri. Spicy and interesting. Nicely balanced and elegant.
Very tasty and already enjoyable, although still young. Needs 5 years in the bottle to mature properly. Has good potential to become a 94+ point wine.
A blend of 80% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Cabernet Franc and 5% Merlot. Aged for 16 months in French oak barrels and then 6 months in Austrian oak.
14.5% alcohol by volume.
92 points.
