Really a lovely langhe Nebbiolo. Opened 6 hours before serving but no decant. With a slight chill it was delicious. Definitely recognizable as Nebbiolo, mouth filling in the right ways, excellent pairing with pork tenderloin with mustard/rosemary/fennel/garlic. — 8 months ago
