Intense and interesting white from this sometimes underrated grape. Punchy acidity, yellow orchard fruits, nutty bitterness and a persistent mineral driven finish. — 6 months ago

Delicious! Gentle creaminess, acidic at first then melts down. — a month ago

I enjoyed this peppery syrah with classic notes of blood and iron. For a ‘16, there was a surprisingn amount of sediment in the bottle, and the last glass was a little bitter. But overall, an interesting wine. $55 SommPicks. — 2 months ago
Pale straw color. Green fruit, pear, melon, alcohol on the nose. Low acid, medium-light body, more alcohol than you’d think, dry, very mineral flavor, slightly herby, lot of ripe pear. — 6 months ago

Medium straw with green reflexes . Pear , quince , melon , with a sage and white pepper twist. On the palate a bit rounder than the nose would suggest , though with high balanced acidity. The palate shows pear, melon and fresh herbal notes with a touch of white pepper, blanched almond , lemon pith on the finish. Ok length with balanced alcohol . Drink now and over the next 5-8 years — a month ago
