Very dry with a minerality on the nose with notes of peach and slight petrol. Long, dry finish with more minerality with peach and green apple. — 3 years ago

Just so accessible and complex for a medium range wine. Pure joy! Nose is a tiny bit of reduction, slate and tropical fruit. Body is very balanced. Maybe not the most profound wine of you wanna criticize something.. — 4 months ago
Heavy petrol, sulfur. Smoky, oil, citrus fresh finish, long. Excellent. — 3 years ago
Pop and pour. Pure gold in color. Settled since my last btl, and seems very much GG now. On the nose: pure slate, soft guava, intoxicating perfume of lemon, crushed herbs, peach. On the palate: fantastic acidity, dense peach, mint, cucumber. So juicy, my mouth keeps watering. Looooong finish. The best Niederberg Helden I've had?
I see there has been a lot of variation on these btls, so I am thankful this is so solid. — 8 months ago

My last bottle of this and truly wish I had another case. Cheese rind and rich stone fruit. No slowing down for this beauty of a value at $19 on the shelf. Would kill to try another bottle in 2, 3, 5, and 7 years! — 2 months ago
