Palate- Peach, pear, pineapple undertones., honeysuckle, a touch of slate & spices. Power & elegance. Floats across the palate seamlessly.
The balance of this is extraordinary. Highly recommended. Christmas in July. A gift from @Ron R Thank you again my very good friend. Miss you & hope to see you soon. — 4 years ago
This is a second label Sauternes. Deep straw color. 65% Semillon and 35% Sauvignon Blanc. Intense nose that features raisins, pear, vanilla and a bit of citrus. Just a bit of a floral note. Dense ripe fruit and honey flavors. Hint of oak. Mouth coating texture. Nice way to end the day. Thank You for sharing Ron B! — 2 years ago
Traditional Rioja Style Tempranillo. Ruby red color with an orange rim. Ripe red fruit aromas and flavors with notes of rose petals, spices and vanilla. Long finish. Elegant. Thank You Ron B! — 4 years ago

In 1989, Melville Vineyards, was founded in Sonoma, where Ron Melville grew high quality, Chard, Merlot, and Cab Sauv. In 1996, Ron's desire to grow Pinot Noir brought Melville Vineyards to Lompoc's Sta. Rita Hills, in Santa Barbara County. Ruby with aromas of sweet red fruits and vivid spice. Flavors of raspberry and strawberry, currant like, adding cinnamon and leathery notes. Fine tannins, long ending with nice mouthfeel bringing back fruit and subtle spice. Drink now starting to lose luster! — 4 years ago
Drank it while I smoked a cigar (Gran Habano Blue in Green) on a patio in the Old Town, Panama City and it was delicious — 5 years ago
