Exceptional bottle. So fresh and vibrant. Dark fruit hints of balsamic and soy with dark floral edge with rich hen of the woods mushroom edge. Very attractive over 2.5 hours. — a month ago
Reveals more and more depth, spice and layered fruit. There’s so much great traditional (and now-traditional) Barolo out there, but this reminds you there aren’t many like it — a day ago
Today the 2015 Barolo Cannubi is an elegant, classy wine. The Cannubi also seems to have handled the heat of the summer more gracefully than the Brunate. Silky and sensual, the 2015 is very attractive today. The aromatics are perhaps just a touch forward, but the 2015 makes up for that with its suave, inviting personality. Crushed flowers, mint, licorice and sweet berry fruit add to the wine's charm. I wouldn't push my luck on aging too much, but the 2015 is undeniably appealing. Enjoyed this with yummy Italian dinner. — 3 months ago
Excellent approachable Barolo. Decanted for an hour. Loved the tannins which cut right through the food we were having and stood up to a lot of different flavors. Small amounts of leather, smoke, and herbs on the nose. Similar on the palate but not overpowering. — 2 days ago

This may not be the mostly purely delicious wine I’ve ever had (though it is up there) but it’s undoubtedly the most impressive. Vibrant purple in the glass, shockingly primary for 60 year old wine. Stunning fruit and structure. Clearly this is immortal — 2 days ago
