Golden with aromas of tropical fruits and sweet floral scents. Aged for 14 months, 75% in new French oak and 25% in stainless. A rich Chard, the palate shows sweet melon, pineapple and peach flavors and citrus notes, subtle yet complex and well balanced. Devaux Ranch Rosé Blend 2011

Nectarine and sweet corn on the nose. Watermelon candy upfront with a crisp green apple acidity. There’s an interesting caramel like note in there too. Finishes with a strawberry impression. Super nice, one of the best sparkling Rosés I’ve had. — 5 hours ago


Watson Ranch Chardonnay 2018

A nice wine, but I’m not quite sure about the quality / price ratio at $40+. Certainly interesting intellectually about what a cool climate Napa site can do with great soil and farming. Quite rich and mouth filling, and there is really tension between the creaminess and acid (in a good way). But ultimately this is a bit weak on the finish for me - slightly thin, not a ton of lingering acid, and the actual finish is a bit short. — 8 days ago

Wow. I would have blinded this as Syrah. So damn good. Olive , smoke ,and fruit pie on the nose. Deep macerated raspberries with olive tapenade on the palate. Rich mouthfeel, long finish make this another exciting pax wine. Love this. — 6 days ago

Eagle Point Ranch Petite Sirah 2017

This is a delicious Petite Sirah from California. Big, bold and fruit forward.

Showing black currants, cooked cherries, figs, raisins, vanilla, oak, licorice, spices, coffee, cola, peppercorn, earth, dark chocolates and vinaigrette.

Still young and overwhelming, but I like that. A little hot at the back of the throat.

Would love to try it again in 5 years.

Kosher. Not Mevushal.

Good by itself or with food. I paired it with cheeses and light appetizers.

14.5% alcohol by volume.

Oakwild Ranch Winery Toboni Pommard Clone Regina Rose Vineyard Pinot Noir 2016, Russian River Valley, California

Ruby in color with a reddish wide rim and medium intensity.

Fruity nose with blueberries, strawberries, cherries, light wood, light earth, baking spices and black pepper.

Medium bodied with medium plus acidity and long legs.

Dry on the palate with cherries, raspberries, strawberries, spices, light wood, earth, tobacco, coffee, black pepper and light herbs.

Medium finish with soft tannins and raspberries.

This is an easy-drinking Pinot Noir from Russian River Valley. Light and interesting with mild complexity and a nice mouthfeel. Soft and elegant with a tangy finish.

This Single Vineyard is good right out of the bottle. Spicy on the finish with nice structure.

Good by itself or with food. I paired it with a cheese plate and crackers, by the pool.

A tiny production of only 64 cases. 100% Pinot Noir grapes were aged in 40% new oak barrels.

14.5% alcohol by volume.
