Another weekend is upon us and I picked up this 2015 Steele Red Hills Lake County Cabernet Sauvignon today.
The nose revels black cherry, blackberry, plum, black currant, spice, herbal notes, oak, mint, vanilla, cigar bax and rich soil.
On the palate I get black cherry, plum, blackberry, black currant, green bell pepper, herbs, sweet oak, mint and earth.
A nice well rounded wine medium to full bodied with a supple mouthfeel with medium to + acidity and medium + silky tannins that lead to a long fruit smokey finish. A very nice wine with a great QPR. Enjoy your start of the weekend and make it a safe one. Nostrovia! 🍷🍷🍷🍷 — 11 days ago
