Close to one of the best bottles of wine I have ever had. It’s been 10+ years since had this, wow it’s the complete package — 3 months ago
Light straw color with aromas of citrus and tropical fruit adding a touch of floral notes. On the palate flavors of melon and grapefruit with citrus and honeysuckle notes, generous acidity, great mouthfeel with long finish ending with a salty mineral spice character. Nice wine! — a year ago

The holidays put us in the mood for something delicious, vibrant, and festive. Something bubbly. Tonight, to match the mood, we’re popping this gorgeous pale pink-salmon Crémant d’Alsace produced by Domaine Camille Braun.
It is a rosé from Alsace made with 100% Pinot Noir, the only permitted black grape variety in this region. It comes from organic and biodynamic vineyards in and around the Village of Orschwihr.
Domaine Camille Braun is a family-run operation with roots dating back to the 1500s. Today Christophe and Chantal – a husband and wife team – are carrying forward the family legacy by making expressive wines from the beautiful terroir of Alsace.
This wine offers bright notes of raspberry, cranberry, red apple, lemon curd, dried pink rose, toasted almond, brioche, and wet stones with fine-beaded, persistent bubbles.
Cheers to delicious wines for the holidays! — 4 months ago

Deep lemon with aromas of stone fruit, floral, spice and citrus, under went sur lie and French oak aging. On the palate apple flavors of melon and pear, with Meyer lemon zest, vanilla and toasty notes. Nice balance with bright acidity on long creamy finish, savory with citrus, spicy oak and mineral ending, very nice! — 10 days ago
