Still showing a lot of tannic and acidic structure, but enough fruit to keep it in check once it had a few hours of air, youthful still, and brawny. — 5 months ago
Lovely purity of fruit. Lots of blueberries. — 14 days ago
Very bright! A wonderful crisp Sancerre! — 2 months ago
Pale lemon color with aromas of stone and tropical fruits with biscuit and floral notes. On the palate flavors of peach, apple and melon with white floral herb notes. Medium+ finish ending with fruit, herb and yeasty notes, lively acidity with slight mineral character. Small production, nice! — 4 months ago
Great fruit even at this age. The only issue I had besides the slight bell pepper is how rough the tannins were and the coconut on the nose. American oak? Not something i’d think Roy would use. — 2 months ago
Transparent Ruby red. Relatively high acidic due to from northern part. Spices. Light body but enough taste. Elegancy. Amaury Beaufort Les Jardins de la Porte de Troyes Rouge XIX, Pinot noir, Chablis 19 @4300, fruit, 241221 — 4 months ago
