Cheers to top quality bubbles from the Anderson Valley of the North Coast of California!
This wine is made with a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes.
It’s beautifully balanced with layers of autolytic characteristics like toasted almond, pie crust, brioche, biscuit, marzipan, nougat, thanks to 5 YEARS on the lees…
It has a creamy mouthfeel maintaining freshness with notes of white peach, apple, raspberry, lemon zest, white blossom…

2021 vintage. A continuation of the Cade HM style. Everything in its right place. Everything in its right place. Light-medium body. That centralized light-saber of pure fruit/tannins balance throughout...so good. One of the few Napa cabs you can absolutely enjoy that doesn't enslave you or your palate to continued heavy wines should you desire to "backtrack" to pinot noir. 10.30.24. — 25 days ago
Выпито 22.12.24 в прекрасном аргентинском стекхаусе El Gaucho. Как всегда - достойнейший малььек 2020 года. !🍷 — 3 days ago
Wonderful with baked chicken ($20). Crisp, floral nose and fruity. Lovely finish. — 18 days ago
Nice, but I detect this this is on it’s downward swing. Roasted pineapple combines with lychees. soft acidity and baking spices complete a nice presentation. probably better 2 years prior. — a month ago

Wow. Yes. Tough vintage, cool year with late heat spike pushing ripeness. This 1999 showed the vintage character well, not a powerhouse but well balanced. Gorgeous layers and nuance from black fruited, pencil graphite, savory tobacco. Impeccable balance on palate with melted tannins and well judged acidity. — 2 days ago
