Clonakilla

Canberra District Shiraz Viognier 2010

See previous Delectable notes. The colour is dark Ruby red. Floral aromatics of violets and rose petals - a note of cracked pepper in this cooler vintage in a cooler terroir to begin with. Medium bodied with great concentration, persistence and length on the palate with red fruits, touches of meat and pepper. Gives up palate weight for those superb aromatics. My kind of wine (look at previous Delectable notes). — 17 days ago

Haven’t posted on here in a long time :( We haven’t been drinking much wine (or any alcohol rly) but this bottle put us right back into it! Super light, dry, fresh and (Luna thinks has floral taste). Great wine!

Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc 2023

From Costco, and perhaps their best wine currently on the shelf. Zesty undertones to rich tree fruits, and perhaps stone fruit presence. Could drink this all day. — 10 days ago

Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

Ming L
9.1

Stylistically similar to Caymus Cabernet Sauvignon. Rich and fruit forward with loads of oak influences. Probaly slightly more jammy than Caymus, it also has a bit more minerality nuance.
Undeniably delicious and easy to drink, it might benefit from several more years of bottle age.
