After tasting next to other organic/low intervention wines, the structure and finesse of this wine becomes more evident. Smooth red and dark fruit on the palate with good but no overwhelming acidity. Drinks like a wine from a colder climate. — 2 months ago
Super smooth and a creamy buttery feel@on the tongue We had lamb and grouper and this bridged the gap wonderfully. — 3 months ago
Light garnet color with a dark ruby core., Aromas of ripe black fruit, asphalt and fresh herbs. Flavors of blackberries, black plums, black tea, black pepper and dark figs. Touch of mint on the medium-plus finish. Firm chalky tannins and nicely balanced acidity. Complex, elegant and flavorful. Thanks for opening, Chris B! — 3 months ago

Such a wonderfully wild experience and a world away from the champagne we had alongside. A great — 9 days ago
