Fine bubbles, tight, crystalline, pale yellow/green hue, medium bodied and a crisp nose of a slightly peppered meat pastry, light, like a salami, with notes of crisp green apple and wet stone (granite?) which carry over into and extremely dry, tight, crisp palate. Not acidic, it’s all mineral driven, with some zippy energy that lingers long after the sip. Great stuff, just not my favorite, especially for the price, very light and dry. — 16 days ago
