One of the best roses I’ve had in a while (and in the perfect setting). Vibrant, textural and expressive with watermelon, cherry, hibiscus and a touch of garrigue. Didn’t like this one as much as the first I had. This was more fruit forward with a ton of funk and acidity. After a few hours it was better but given the high amount of acidity and fruit I’m not sure it’ll get better. Reminds me of a good carbonic Grenache or other rhone varietal.
