Had it with leftover grilled fish and shrimp from Christmas Eve. Nice dinner. Very acidic, tingles the mouth. Some green apple and light lemon. — 7 months ago
Lovely balanced with tones of red fruit and nice woody underneath. — 3 years ago

So much deliciousness in the glass. Verdicchio crushing it again and again. Vibrant, succulent, zippy acid and loads os texture and charm. My favorite IT white grape. Ripe yellow fruit, a kiss of tropical to it, peach, meyer lemon, plum; exotic herbs and floral tones, jokingly saying it smells like Garnier Fructise shampoo, but its herbal, fennel, aloe, verbena all together, lovely salty mineral backbone, green almonds, cheese rind and lemon cream. Great length and finish, the acid balances the phenolic structure and body of the wine perfectly. All concrete and lees contact make for a distinctive wine here. — 7 years ago

Jellied fruit on the nose, orange, honey, resin, salt on the palate. Racy acidity, short finish — 6 years ago
Spring 2020. This was very similar to the standard bottling, with just a bit more intensity and a bit more bittersweet almond - very nice indeed. — 6 years ago
A bit of mineralality and salinity, complex but not overly barnyard. A true delight. — 7 years ago
Nose: nice. Elegantly floral.
Palate: ok. Sweet lemon. Mineral.

Verdicchio is always great with fish. Had cod with a lemon/ wine/ butter sauce and this was good. Not the most memorable or expressive verdicchio I’ve had, but nice. Minerally, good acidity and subdued fruit. I find the ones from Metalica have less of that signature almond taste than those of Jesi. — 7 months ago
A very earthy and mushroomy aroma, round on the palate with some lemony acidity. Unique and very nicely balanced. Surprisingly drinkable for an Italian white for me! — 2 years ago

Little floral on the nose. Minerals, a bit or pear and almond. Very nice. Little alcohol at the end. — 8 days ago
