From Williston Park Wines and Spirits. Dark chocolate malted milk, cranberries, cherries, wood, like an almost bourbon finish 🤔 — 2 years ago
2013 vintage at Central Park Voorburg. Medium body, light color. Beautiful raspberry, strawberry nose. Crushed stones, high minerality. Wood already nicely integrated, great balanced acidity. Medium length finish. Very good effort and still affordable grand cru. — 9 years ago
Here I am in Zion National Park. While my pizza was being made in a wood-fired brick oven, I'm listening to a kitchen staff member playing a 12 string Fender acoustic guitar IN THE KITCHEN while sipping an Alta Vins. Domus Pensi 2013. Delicious blend. Paired with a roasted vegetable pizza.....sublime. No one expect d this. Buy this wine. Please. You'll love it. — 9 years ago
Delicious wine that hit all the right notes with wood fired pizza and echo park tacos. — 9 years ago
Carmel and spice in nice balance. Finishes with wood and white pepper. — 10 years ago
Yes, I know I said I was done with this winery, but (a) I really like what they’re doing; (b) I seem to have a higher tolerance for “weird reds” compared to “weird whites”; (c) I used to live on Long Island and I’m super into the wine scene there; and (d) guilt because one of the Floral Terranes guys follows me here and saw my comment last time lol 😬 Anyway, this is splendiferous. Dry, dark chocolate, roasted cherries, cranberry jam, some wood coming through. Love it. From Williston Park ❤️ — 3 years ago

A classic Margaret River Cabernet, cherry on the nose, good fruit on the palate, wood influence well balanced, good length. — 8 years ago
4th Friday of the month means Classic Wine Storage happy hour! Great wines, as always, today!
In the running for Pinot of the year. Absolutely knocked it out of the park. Everything I love about Pinot...bing cherries, cola, crisp acidity, birch wood, and an orange zest in the mid palate. I look forward to having a chance to order RM pinots for the first time in January! — 9 years ago
From an excellent looking bottle taken to Eleven Madison Park. Deep opaque murky and tawny red. Huge fragrant nose with notes of currant, smoked meat, iron, bacon, black fruit, soil and charred wood. There is a richness in the mouth that is hard to put words to. Long finish that got better over 5 hours of enjoyment. Amazing grape juice. — 9 years ago
Blackberry and plum, some licorice and dried herbs. Not a bad King Valley Shiraz. Probably has a couple years left in it max. — 10 years ago
This was quite special. Brought home from Western Australia a few years ago. Almost undrinkably youthful, bound up and backward upon opening. Crazy for a 14 year old wine. I blame the screw cap. Day two: Salty, mineral, linear. Intensely acidic and austere but starting to wake up. Day three: best yet. Yellow fruited, underripe pineapple. A little wooly. Lean and structured and bright. — a year ago
Well what a delightful surprise, honeyed, oxidative delicious local sparkling. Chenin, 5 years on lees 🍾 — 5 years ago
Nose of baked apple dipped in vodka, with hint of peat and menthol, and a touch of oily aldehyde. Taste is surprisingly smooth. Nice honey flowering note, just a tiny bit of spice and zest, some stringent gasoline, and wood chips. What a smooth beauty as a young bottle. I will have her every evening. — 9 years ago
2015. And favorite so far. Plus vegan friendly right on the front label 😊 — 10 years ago
The poplar wood gives it a smooth rich flavor with Citrus tones — 11 years ago
