Sonoma County Trousseau
I’ve been saving a few of these to see how they age and I’m happy to report to @ownrooted and anyone else who cares, they’re doing fabulously. Still has bright berry fruit but now layered with wet leaves, mulling spices and dried citrus peel. Slightly dusty scent and lovey dried herbs lingering in the finish.

Jun 24th, 2018Still enjoyable, but age doesn’t seem to be doing it any favors. I’d say drink up.

Mar 26th, 2018Beautiful red fruited crunchy tea-dipped zippy plush new world Trousseau. Less exuberant but more complex after a little cellar time.
