Nice soft mousse body, yellow peach, tropical melons, pineapple, some lemon meringue, lime zest, slightly bitter apple cider, whipped cream, hard chalkiness, alluvial limestone, saline, sea fossils, bread crust, yeastiness, yellow florals, racey acidity, nicely balanced & structured with a finish that lasts 90 seconds.

Medium salmon pink colour, vigorous fine bubbles . Quite fresh and fruit driven , raspberry , strawberry , rose , orange rind and red currant . Nicely rounded with cool red fruits on the palate , red currant , cranberry , strawberry with orange rind and a slightly chalk tinged finish . Good length with fresh well balanced , moreish finish .
