Brut Zero Rosé from Tarlant. Grower Champagne with an even split of Pn and Chard; 5% Meunier too. Zero dosage. Terrific bottle of Grower Champagne. Each glass got better and better. Great fruit and great acidity.l — 3 months ago
Christmas Eve pre-dinner wine (there will be more). Loved it for a lighter evening warm up wine. 🎅 🎄 — 4 months ago
Pale yellow, muted nose….brisk acidity. It’s mellows on the palate and has a fantastic finish. Great with food — a month ago

Popped and poured; enjoyed over the course of an hour. The NV Brut Nature pours a faint pink color with a persistent mousse. On the nose, the wine is developing with winsome notes of ripe berries: raspberry, strawberry, white peach, lemon curd, brioche and minerals. On the palate, the wine is bone dry with medium+ acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is medium+ and despite the zero dosage, the fruit comes across almost round…but in a really good and balanced way. Damn…I love Drappier! Drink now. — 6 days ago
