2 hour decant. A striking purplish dark garnet color. On the nose: beautiful notes of dark fruit, pencil shavings, herbaceous, vanilla, cloves. Taste: creamy, polished, structured wine with blackberry, dark chocolate, minerals, bell pepper, leather, and a decent herbal/potting soil finish. Drinks surprisingly well with the decant at this age, and sure a few more years will improve. YUM! — 10 hours ago

Blueberry and crushed violets, there’s a freshness about this wine that I love even after a day open. Would drink again. — 22 days ago
Well the wife got brave and opened a bottle I didn’t want used in a sauce the other day. Probably had her dad over since I was on a bis trip. Glad I got to try. Nice wine. — a month ago
Deep purple, good nose. Balanced and dry finish. Good overall. — a month ago
Will definitely buy this bottle again. — 2 months ago
The best bottle of Argentinian Malbec I have had. Deep and dense layers of black fruit. Velvety and mellow tannins. Fantastic pairing with our steaks. Vina Cobos is a winery to seek out. Paul Hobbs as well. — a month ago
Elegant and deeper than the well rounded fruit bomb of the red blend. A wine worthy of a life’s best celebrations. — 8 days ago

On the nose, this is cranberry and faint raspberry... Wintertime cocoa? On the palate, this is back to the fruit... Red plum, cranberry... A medium body... The acidity is past medium. Juicy. Tannins very present but unfocused. Medium length of red plum skins. — 10 days ago
