Delicious wine we had at Ô P’tits Crus in Metz and decided to get 2 bottles to bring back to the US — 7 months ago
@Delectable Wine - This is the “Soleil de Brulhie” cuvée. medium intensity nose on pop-n-pour, with pure, dark cherry, crushed granite, and a vague but pleasant whiff of parmigiano rind. Intense and large-framed in the mouth. More acids, tannin, and alcohol than expected. The fruit is there, but this not as friendly a style as the usual cru. Kids of minerality and a bone dry finish. Would go very well with a winter beef stew. — a year ago
Velvety tanin and appealing aroma of old lacquerware. Very smooth (especially served just under room temperature), very drinkable. — 8 months ago

Great wine. Full bodied but not overly heavy. Tastes of fruits and spices with hints of licorice. Paired with pistachio crusted rack of lamb perfectly! $28 — 3 months ago
