Intriguing. Cedar and dark fruit. Plenty of tannins. Needed more air than time allowed. — 2 years ago
Mostly merlot in 2010. Very dark and dense. Complexity came out on second day. Dark fruit, anise, cedar, plenty of firm tannins. — 2 years ago
Nice sour cherry, spice, bright acidity, with enough tannin structure. — 2 years ago
Floral nose, roses, and sweet like maple donuts, anise. Thick, meaty, juicy but very clean -- acidity and spice, anise again, with smooth tannins. Rich finish. First Grenache I ever tasted some years ago, so that has an influence. 200th posting. Not intentional selection for this but could have been. — 2 years ago
