@Delectable Wine - This is the “Soleil de Brulhie” cuvée. medium intensity nose on pop-n-pour, with pure, dark cherry, crushed granite, and a vague but pleasant whiff of parmigiano rind. Intense and large-framed in the mouth. More acids, tannin, and alcohol than expected. The fruit is there, but this not as friendly a style as the usual cru. Kids of minerality and a bone dry finish. Would go very well with a winter beef stew.
