Nice bright Chablis. Would absolutely buy again. Wish I bought more bottles. Great on a summer evening with friends — 4 months ago
This is like wine candy and not in the way I normally refer to wine candy. In this case, fruity but a bit too sweet. This tastes like a higher brix pick than I prefer w/ my red burgundy. The sweetness does fade some after it long sets.
Black cherries, strawberries, raspberries with some blue fruit. Eucalyptus, a pungent herbaceous quality, dry top soil, dry limestone powder, fresh & used tobacco, dry leather, dry twig, pronounced barrel shavings, soft baking spices- strong clove, understated cinnamon, nutmeg & vanillin, some grilled meats, pepper, mid berry cola, dry river stone, nice red, dark, blue florals with violets, excellent acidity and a well knitted structure-tension, needs more time to be well balanced but elegant & polished long finish that lasts minutes and long sets on dry earth minerals & spice.
Maybe, better with a good long cellaring? — 5 hours ago
Intense and complex on the nose with a wide range of aromas, including fruits (citrus and white fruit), flowers (honeysuckle) and iodine notes, which give off an impression of freshness. This airy and delicate wine of surprising length is characterized by high purity of taste, and a long and non‑saturating finish — 3 months ago
Volatile. A decanter shake removes some of the astringency, but I’m not sold, esp at these prices. — 4 months ago
No notes, I popped that bottle to celebrate my daughter's 12th birthday. We grilled an entire chicken on an open fire to celebrate, here in the Polish mountains, half a dozen miles away from the slovakian border.
I really like this bubbly. Brioche and fresh pastry notes on the nose, ripe apple notes, lemon juice. The palate is rich, broad, showing apple juice and lemony notes and that french pastry mouthfeel, almost buttery. There is some tang and acid drive in the rear giving it great balance. The finish is long and fresh. Only bit of criticism, I could do with more delicate bubbles. This is a great celebratory bubbly, really. Kudos ! — 3 months ago

One of the best CDLR’s in the biz showing beautifully tonight with an ultra complex and seductive bouquet of candied red cherries, rose petals, coffee beans and game meat. The palate is luxuriously silky with obvious grand cru and old vine concentration, particularly for the vintage, and there is beautiful purity and elegance to balance its power. Its spice and mineral inflicted finale just keeps on going. 07 Burgundy are in such a great spot. — 8 days ago
