Really nice. Smooth with just the right amount of bubbles.

Bracing acidity and minerality. Refined and light light light fruit notes.

Smooth and creamy - so lovely.

Crisp, fresh. Good fruit and a little on the sweet side.

Half bottle. Quite lovely! The best table on Mirror Lake might have influenced it! Nutty with a touch of brioche. Crisp and savory. A tad short on the finish.
