Really tasty. Perhaps the first Cali Pinot noir that I’ve enjoyed, also probably because it drinks more like a zin. Dark opaque red. Slightly smokey. Full bodied. Bought it on sale for $35. Coming back to this old favorite. Now it’s at grocery outlet! Pretty label. Pretty color in the glass. Smells earthy with wet gravel meets strawberry-rhubarb pies. Flavors are nice. Floral, fruity cherry/raspberry notes. Blast of bite on the finish to keep it balanced. Fruit driven, but not fruit bombed. Juicy AF. Cleaner and less dynamic than I remember it being when I love, love, loved it. Still an amazing Spanish value wine. Elegant and very tasty. — 2 months ago

Blue and black fruits. A lot of density and terroir. This took about 5 hours decanting and in the glass to fully open up.

Excellent pairing for steak. Robust wine that turned super smooth.
