Drum-tight presentation throughout. Nose presents sirop de cassis and blueberry pie. For a 15 vintage, this still presents as premature.
Palate is a dream. Laser-focused and broad shouldered. Zero tertiary notes on the palate, just rich dark fruits and muscular tannins. Yours truly had to get in on the action here. Thanks to Drew for opening up his cellar! — 4 hours ago

Quite deep ruby , narrow ruby rim. Deep and more concentrated on the nose , with dark cassis , ripe summer fruits , dark cherry , grafite , oyster shell notes. On the palate this is quite rich and decadent , cassis , ripe blackberry , blueberry a, dark cherry . Sweet but ample tannin , balanced acidity , quite rich but well balanced , good blackcurrant, grafite tinged , length . This is showing well but will continue to do so over the next 10-15 years , perhaps longer . — 6 days ago

Blue and black fruits. A lot of density and terroir. This took about 5 hours decanting and in the glass to fully open up.

Excellent pairing for steak. Robust wine that turned super smooth.
