I really like what Evening Land does in general and their Pinots in particular. Lovely nose with some good cherry. Balanced mouthfeel with good dark red fruit and some nice herby notes. Acid is medium but works well to hold it together and the persistence is good. Really quite enjoyable. — 4 months ago

Nice one! Opened up after some time! Full bloom of cherries red fruit and rounded profile. Served at lunch with Ma Lewis in Newport and very well received. — 4 months ago
Beaujolais with an Oregon twist, pomegranate, red, cherry, vibrant, and alive — 6 months ago
Bright red fruit flavors of cherry, cranberry, and raspberry, with a bit of earthy funk going on also. Dried autumn leaves on the nose. Appropriately, this would make a good wine for fall. (Too bad it's the middle of winter now!) 60% Zweigelt, 30% St. Laurent, 10% Blaufrankisch. 2/6/22. — 4 years ago
Sipping Fine Wine
Medium lemon color, aromas of stone and citrus fruits with floral, honey and flinty mineral notes, aged 9 months in Stockinger Pincheons, then 6 months in stainless. On the palate flavors of apple and pear with citrus and floral wrapped in a nutty vanilla spice. Long finish, lively acidity, ending with fruit, toasty oak, spice and savory citrus character. — 16 days ago
