The 2023 Sauvignon Blanc is light in body but dense in concentration because of low yields. It's almost silvery in color and restrained due to hand-picking, leading to pure grapefruit, passion fruit and nectarine, all delivered with focus and punch. The finish is long, precise and sinewy. $23.00 (Rebecca Gibb MW, Vinous, July 2024) — 4 months ago
The 2023 Sauvignon Blanc Black Label is a well-judged style. It is nicely textured with decent substance through its bright, firm core. Attractive gooseberry, elderflower and passion fruit flavors combine well. Five months on lees rounds out its edges and lends flesh to the light-bodied palate. $16.00 (Rebecca Gibb MW, Vinous, May 2024) — 6 months ago
Pale yellow in color, with a very stone fruit-forward aroma. Strong notes of tropical fruit to the taste, suggesting pineapple and passion fruit. I enjoy that there are no oak notes in this. — 8 months ago
Another stranded loose bottle but very nice! Very mature indeed but not over the hill, with the enticing route black fruited nose, smoothness on palate and good finish. Pleasantly Surprised. — 5 months ago
Really loved the citrus explosion but also the composition — 5 months ago
Citrus forward, with a nice sliver of green apple and almond. Every sip explodes with flavor! — 7 months ago
Always a treat to have yquem. Nice amber in the glass. Lots of passion fruit on the nose and palate. Quite full and deep. Delicious - but, acid a notch under what I was hoping which keeps this from being higher. Still a lovely wine with a very long finish. — a year ago

While its name doesn’t sound like an SB from NZ, it sure tastes like one. Pronounced passion fruit, a little green apple, and more lime than other Sauv Blancs. Refreshing and great value at TJs. — 2 days ago
