Reddish in color with medium plus intensity.

Pretty nose of wild flowers, red cherries, currants, light wood, tobacco, chocolates and coffee.

Medium plus in body with medium acidity.

Dry on the palate with black currants, plums, cooked cherries, spices, oak, licorice, earth, tobacco, herbs, peppercorn, dark chocolates, coffee and light tar.

Long finish with round tannins and tangy raspberries.

This is a tasty Barbaresco. Elegant and nicely balanced with a nice mouthfeel.

Still very young, and needs a few years in the bottle to mature properly. Needed a few hours to open up, so be patient. Tannins show up after 2 hours of airtime, and bring structure to the wine.

Will continue to age nicely in the next 15 years, and showing good potential to become a 93+ point wine.

This Single Vineyard Nebbiolo is very complex, engaging and a good food wine.

100% Nebbiolo grapes were aged in French and Hungarian oak barrels for 24 months. A limited production of less than 8,000 bottles.

One of the best langhe nebbiolos I’ve had recently, especially for a relatively reasonable price on the list at Leon’s. And a great pairing with pork braciole as well. Lots of fruit, but still quite refined, with great texture and acid. Quite pretty and delicious. — 4 months ago

Core of red with light brickish edges.

Nose is pretty. Dryish cherries to cherries, strawberries, blackberries flow underneath, raspberries, some fresh rhubarb, notes of cherry Jolly Rancher, red to mid berry cola, some soapy baking powder notes, tobacco, used leather, (might be the glass), soft, mid intensity baking spices, vanilla-in, soft oak shavings, moist clay, limestone, dry top soils, red flowers, red roses & candied violets.

The palate is ripe, juicy; sweet & tart cherries, strawberries, some black berries, dry pomegranate, somewhat stewed/spiced plum, blackberries with circling raspberries, nice mid spice, dry tobacco, leather, grilled meats, soft, mid intensity baking spices, vanilla-in, soft,dry, oak shavings, moist clay, limestone, volcanics, hints of white pepper, dry leaves, dry top soils, red flowers, red roses & candied violets, excellent acidy with a well made, balanced, biggish structure & tension, good length finish that lasts minutes and fall on spice & minerals.

Blend of Corvina (60%), Corvinone (20%), Rondinella(10%), Croatina (5%) and Oseleta (5%). Dark ruby color. Aromas of dried red and black fruit, diesel fumes, leather and a bit of vanilla. Flavors of intense black berry/cherry/plum fruit, tobacco and sweet baking spices. The vanilla note is present on the long and lingering persistent finish. 2019 vintage. Medium/medium-heavy body. Have found a vast majority of the exalted 2019 vintage Brunellos underwhelming. This one restored my faith. Ageworthy and slightly restrained while leaking/spitting out just enough dark fruit magic upon entry. Mid-level tannic confirmation at the clearly signed exit. Tastes likes a heady, 50/50 mix of dialed down, self-expectations paired with the parents, "sky's the limit," visions.
