Havoc Farm, Gibbston. Probably the best Pinot I have ever had. No, let me restate that. The best Pinot I have ever had. Vibrant, earthy, minerally finesse, intriguing, complex and surprising. What else do you want a wine to be? Really, liked it!!! Paired it with grilled lamb chops and a home made marion berry based sauce. Yum! — 3 years ago

Delectable this was the Saint Aubin not in your Database. At a friends place checking out his amazing cellar. This St Aubin was very mineral with a touch of beeswax. Good acid. Brief notes but this was a delicious white burgundy showing restraint compared to the new world. Delectable : It was the Chardonnay! — 2 years ago
