Dark gold in color.

Strong nose of citrus, honey, yellow apples, apricots, tropical fruits, spices, honeysuckle and melons.

Full-bodied with high acidity.

Sweet on the palate with ripe lemons, apples, pears, light earth, honeysuckle, minerals and spices.

Nice length on the finish with limes and honey notes.

This is a delicious sweet Sauvignon Blanc from Columbia Valley in Washington State. Nicely balanced with a nice mouthfeel. Soft and smooth, buttery and fruit forward. Complex and entertaining.

Good by itself, and paired beautifully with my spicy tuna poke.

Peu d’expériences avec Chablis surtout en comparant les millésimes, mais ce 2015 a une belle fraicheur, nez quand meme discret, en bouche on retrouve le zeste de citron, chair de fruits blanc, le caillou??, bonne pointe d’acidité en finale et devient un peu plus gras en se réchauffant. Tres bien en accompagnant le saumon ou le saumon accompagne bien ce Vaillons... c’est selon — 6 years ago
