Give a ring if there's anything else like it as a rose
It mingles with light reds easily, but has the fun part of a fresh rose with the complexity that unfolds over and over
The elegance is somewhere between a Volnay and a Barolo
Cola, raspberries, sweet tobacco, white choc, salted caramel, mou, forest floor, mushroom and slightly grillée
Nearly fizzy when opened
It was worth the wait

Wow! Nice job shipping your whole cellar across. What a big job! I've been reading up about them since your note. They sound amazing... especially the Cerasuolo. It's an area I need to explore more. Tricky doing it from Australia! 😁
@Travis W Thanks, there was a lot of planning 🙂 Good luck with your hunt for Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo. Mind don't mix it with other Cerasuolo wines and one recommendation..look for Valentini or Pepe, everything else isn't quite as worth...
