I've had a few of these Moschofilero that had a silky, waxy mouthfeel but this was bracing, nervy - super acidic fresh crisp & clean. Nose was floral and citrus, palate was 7-Up, green apple, mineral, musky element but really just all kinds of racy. Finish is very dry - opened as aperitif but better with lite fare, mediterranean appetizers, etc — a month ago

Pale yellow in colour. Aromatics of Smoky Citrus rind. The medium bodied palate shows ripe grapefruit with citric acid toning down at 10 years of age. This is one of the best Chardonnays in Margaret River - up there with Leeuwin Estate Art Series without the latter wine’s ripe pear and white peach. This is a brilliant Chardonnay by any measure.
