2024 vintage. Château Cavalier is a Castel family estate. This is just the entry level, but you could only wish that all Provence rosés would be this good. Grapefruit, strawberry and flowers, fresh and mineral. Very dry ( 0,2 g/l residual sugar), while having a round mouthfeel. Very good value. — 8 months ago

2023 vintage. The "Grand Cavalier" is the high end Rosé from Château Cavalier. Not sure if it's better than the extraordinary Marafiance 2024 from the same producer, but excellent anyway. A serious, gastronomic rosé with complexity and length. Try with langoustines or gambas. Abv. 13%. — 6 months ago
10/23/2024 - Purchased while visiting the winery in July 2024, enjoyed at home the night before leaving for a Cavalier weekend. — 2 years ago
An old-school South Italian wine preparation. Red fruits and a smoky character. Moderate tannins. — 3 years ago
Slightly buttery. Crisp and lightly sweet. Pretty good. Lighter than expected. — 6 years ago
Great wine. The reviews from 2014 do not matter. Who drinks Barolo after five years. Wine is now complex, leather tobacco, great tannins and body. Pleasant long finish. Great wine! — 6 years ago
This wine was the perfect pairing with The Cavalier burger which by the way was the best burger I have ever eaten! Lots of sexy smoke and bold black and red fruit. Some leather and cigar box. Bold and full bodied with balanced acidity. Definitely want to revisit this again soon. Big YUM 😋 — 7 years ago

Initially tasted like Chardonnay then evolved with an hour of air and warming. Still rich and big fruit initially but the a waxy and acidic finish. It’s very unique and I like it. Not a crowd pleaser but one to contemplate. — a year ago

I loved this 2017 Merlot Cabernet as a great every day drinking wine. $5.99 at Trader Joe’s - TJ wine expert Adam recommended. — 6 years ago

It's bold, full bodied. Very strony fruit nose. On the palate: a plum marmalade, smoke, leather and spice. — a month ago
