2024 vintage. Château Cavalier is a Castel family estate. This is just the entry level, but you could only wish that all Provence rosés would be this good. Grapefruit, strawberry and flowers, fresh and mineral. Very dry ( 0,2 g/l residual sugar), while having a round mouthfeel. Very good value. — 19 days ago

A blend of 80% Pinot Noir, medium lemon color with aromas of white fruits and citrus notes. On the palate crisp and dry with apples and pears, savory with mineral tang. Long ending with a bit of toasty miner character, nice! — 4 years ago

A tiny production from 3 hectares, only 3993 bottles produced. A very nice blend, combining roundness and exotic fruit, with minerality and fresh acidity. Moreover this beauty is very affordable!
