This wine was the perfect pairing with The Cavalier burger which by the way was the best burger I have ever eaten! Lots of sexy smoke and bold black and red fruit. Some leather and cigar box. Bold and full bodied with balanced acidity. Definitely want to revisit this again soon. Big YUM 😋

The bouquet is passionfruit and lavender. The opening statement is big bold dark berries and leather! The mid show is chocolate and cigars. Very earthy. The finish is dry with a splash of spice and a tingle on the tongue!!!!!!
