The rustic nose feels a bit over extracted with overripe plum, blackberry jam, caramel, anise, and hint of lavender. On the palate it’s rich, full, and beautifully textured, with fresh herbs and just enough acidity for balance. Velvety tannins leading to a port-like sweet finish that lasts for a minute.

QPR here is insane - poor guy’s bubbly w/delicate yeasty notes along w/hint of toast, but mainly just crisp clean clear zippy yet rounded off edges, yellow apples and tiny tiny bubbles. LOVED this stuff! — 19 days ago
