Good to very good Chard…not as much body as some others, but maybe better balanced….strong apricot on the nose, long palate, no acidity or edge on the finish…nice — 2 years ago
The wine was served at the State dinner couple times. Mostly sourced fruits but for 2018 it included a small portion from their Yu-Ki estate vineyard.
A fragrant bouquet of Asian pear, peach, lemon custard, and light fresh herbs. The palate is round and textured but remains light on its feet with fresh acidity. Nice touch a saline mineral on the finish. — 4 months ago
