MC Wieninger

Hoamat Weissbier

Gooden amber with tan and full opacity, festive bubbling, cotton-white head holds its ring but dissipates to cosmic swirl/rearing dragon. Alpine winter lacing, always making its way home. Yeasty with candied pineapple, grapefruit, baked apple, lime. Lime continues on palate through an apple vinegar mist, lemon peel, dried persimmon, quince and white pepper. Stunner.

Weissbierbrauer Kuchlbauer

Turmweisse Hefewizen

Peeling back the yeasty onion that is weissbier on day two of the mad bomber ADVENTure. Orange peel and grapefruit and even a little mustard seed have joined the procession. You can imagine the pretzel bread and pickles. It is truly a meal in a canister, for a “pounder” is a liquid lunch. Mustard-bread sensation persists on the palate with a sourdough and yeast tanginess that is texturally effervescent. Sour cream and onion are now the shadows, but no less real. Tremendous evocation of Germanic flavors in this beer, and nice secondary citrus notes. Classic weissbier, but with so much more! Super!
