Planktonesque mesa-motif replete with angular minutiae bordering crystal frost. Cherry notes, hot dog bun, stony dust suggestions, Spanish moss on elm for the nostrils. Expectedly active mouthfeel shows less cherry, cola, cinnamon stick, dark flaky croissant, pepper, savory, and the slightest sarsaparilla and nutmeg if you can imagine a smooth assimilation of all of them, without any awkward protrusions, which means the loudest spices are all in check.

White frothy top lifts, lilts and dissipates to mega-amoeba with ghost eyes. Active snow melt lacing. Honey and potato bread nose faintest apple bread and cotton seed. Sun-dried orange and dried lemon peels. Peonies. Sweet malty vs. acidic citrus interplay is more dance than dichotomy. Reminiscent of less than sweet lemon icing, but glacial and mineral, and intensely bracing, Brazil nut, hazelnut and sunflower seed, milled oats and orange bread. Complex, spritely, decorative, expansive and as easy to drink as iced tea, only more refreshing !

Gooden amber with tan and full opacity, festive bubbling, cotton-white head holds its ring but dissipates to cosmic swirl/rearing dragon. Alpine winter lacing, always making its way home. Yeasty with candied pineapple, grapefruit, baked apple, lime. Lime continues on palate through an apple vinegar mist, lemon peel, dried persimmon, quince and white pepper. Stunner.

Literally spotted a/the white buffalo on the surface after tame hoar-head dissipation. Luminous, ominous, oceanic depths predation lights lacing. Big schnozz of schnitzel, and apple-orange dichotomies that cease to diverge. Pretzel bread here, half-doughy, but with lemon and orange zestings. Yeast is showing just the tip of its tangy bits. Spots of coriander and allspice insinuation, and toasty sesame, but all reined into a slightly creamy and brilliant realization! Zehr gut!

Hard, white bread sunflower seed and oils, nickel, corn meal and black eyed susans. Lemon and orange piths emerge from lemon oils and grapefruit, Indian gum, dried green olive. Cannabinols, hazelnut oil, and pecan. Every aspect tends to dry which really seals the flavor!

Reptilian nose, shows snake leather, lightly browned breadstick, grape leaf, lemon in a green olive cloak, lanolin, clementine pith web. Damn fine beer shows toasted white bread, cashew, madeleine, pear, lemon verbena, lemon oil, dandelion.

Strong head builder; just under cappuccino. Arch and aqueduct lacing. Dark chocolate ganache and espresso notes veil a burnt black cherry and dark rye bread nose. Black coffee and bittersweet chocolate grip the palate, with burnt pecan edges. A creaminess suggests hazelnut oil, cola bean, tonka, carob, and mildly, ginger snap. Easy to drink stout that doesn’t give in to superlative extremes. Lovely beer!
