Boah, what an insane wine! Called it a 1er cru Chablis in our blind, while RP called it a lieu-dit Meursault. Can’t remember what vintage I called, but definitely younger than 2015. You get the gist. So pure, saline, and powerful. — 5 months ago

Very dense and big! Could go for another 10-15 years. I like Ziereisen wines and met him. Yet i prefer more elegant renditions. Quite dark. Cherry, blackberry, lime, cherry. Super complex. Plenty of acids. If you have this in your cellar you are in for a treat. Ziereisen is a little bit full of himself rightfully so but still - i prefer the humble. — 2 months ago

An outstanding bottle similar to the previous times I have had it. 3 hour slow ox and then decanted at dinner. Went brilliantly with white truffles! Had the Caprili with the veal and the body may have suited the veal but the Soldera was the WOTN — 2 months ago
