Been wanting to try this wine for a while. Seemed appropriate to do so when we are in Italy. 2018 is fairly young and it opened up immediately with strong fruit aromas of red currants and other fresh berries. Quickly became smooth and silky. In short, we loved it and hereby anoint it our “wine of the year”!
