Crushed oyster shell, hay, lemon, lime, pear, a flowery thing, too. The palate is super dry, with a nice tension, some peary and lemony notes all along, an electric mouthfeel, a powerful mid palate that expands, and a very long finish with some grip, peary and lemony notes and a tiny salty touch. Citrus taste. Bright, aromatic. — a year ago
Orange tinged pale golden colour. Excellent pure nose of apricot, iodine and spices. Unctuous on the palate yet supported by a great backbone of acidity. Great depth of flavour and very satisfying length. A great wine by any standard. — 4 months ago
