97/3 blend of Cabernet franc and Gamay noir. Inky purple red. The graphite in the Gamay is surprisingly expressive. Nice light sipping red. After a couple of hours, blackberry and blueberry flavors emerge alongside white pepper and tannins. — 3 months ago
